Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Invoki. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use Invoki for a lawful business purpose.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the business information and content you provide. You give Invoki permission to host, process, format, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to provide that content and keep it accurate.

Do not use Invoki to break the law, deceive or harm people, send spam, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, probe security, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not use the service for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions without qualified human review.

Automated and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or mistaken. You remain responsible for keeping your business information and policies accurate. Invoki limits unsupported answers and confirms an appointment only after its Native booking system and, when required, Stripe report authoritative success. If a website visitor asks to be contacted and provides contact details, you may use those details only for the request and contact methods the visitor approved, and you must honor opt-outs and applicable messaging laws.

Invoki may connect with services such as Google, Instagram, Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, and Resend. Those services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party products, account restrictions, API changes, or outages.

Any trial, subscription price, billing interval, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. We may change the service or pricing prospectively, with reasonable notice when a change materially affects an active paid subscription.

We work to keep Invoki reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. You may stop using Invoki at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or a serious breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Invoki is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Invoki is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Invoki during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continuing to use Invoki after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
